Your T1 dentist will usually meet you at the reception desk and greet you with a warm smile.
One of our three T1 specialists, . Leu, Dr. Birch or Dr. Gassner, will discuss your
individual situation with you as an equal. This allows the doctor to form a comprehensive
picture of your individual treatment needs with you. The appointment takes place calmly,
matter-of-factly and respectfully, and is not interrupted by other staff in the practice. We
take the patient’s often acute sense of shame into special consideration. You can be sure that:
We consider you as a completely normal patient. There is nothing we haven’t seen before. We are
more than capable of dealing with your problem.
If you consent to it during the conversation, we will take photos and an X-ray and use these to
explain in detail the current condition of your teeth. There are no probes, ultrasound or other
dental instruments. You will not even be asked to clean your teeth beforehand. Finally, all
treatment options within the scope of your budget are discussed on the basis of the data
we have obtained.
You don't have to remember the details of this conversation. Anxiety can have the effect of
making the patient less attentive. We take this into account, too, and detail the main points
several times. The T1 appointment takes about an hour, but afterwards your consulting dentist
and Ms. Herold’s team will be happy to respond to your questions or uncertainties.
After your appointment, we will carefully prepare and cost a treatment plan. Our team will then
call you to discuss the plan, the costs and the most appropriate treatment location.
In order to make your journey as relaxed as possible, we can offer you appointments at numerous
European locations, especially in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In Germany alone, we
cooperate with state-of-the-art partner practices in nine different cities. You will find an
overview of our treatment locations
